If moorage is not available (see moorage availability), you have the option of applying for the waitlist. The non-refundable registration fee for the waitlist is $25. Customers interested in waitlisting for monthly moorage may download the application in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. Please contact marina office if you need an application mailed or faxed to you. Completed applications and waitlist fee may be returned via mail or fax to address indicated on application.
The monthly moorage wait list is prepared and maintained chronologically by date of application. Moorage assignments are selected in accordance with the vessel's overall length, beam, and operating characteristics.
Please read the section below carefully prior to signing up for the monthly moorage waitlist. If you have further questions please e-mail us or contact the marina office at (206) 728-3006.
When your name enters the top 15 on the monthly moorage waitlist, we will send you a questionnaire to confirm your needs, boat dimensions, and other pertinent information prior to assigning you a moorage slip. To maintain your place on the waitlist, you must return the completed questionnaire and security deposit by the stated deadline. You must have a boat and show proof of ownership to be assigned moorage. Your name will move to the top of the list for an assignment of moorage based on the number of slip terminations we receive. If you no longer require moorage, please indicate this on the questionnaire and return it.
When your name is at the top of the monthly moorage waitlist and space becomes available, we will notify you 30 days in advance of your moorage assignment. If you either refuse moorage or fail to respond to our offer, we will remove your name from the list and you will forfeit your security deposit.
